I don’t almost feel down. When I fail
something, I feel down during short time. However it isn’t hold for too long. I
often think craping about the past does no good because I cannot do anything about
it and it’s no use fretting now. I feel tired of thinking about it. Therefore I
don’t feel down long time. As long as I go to a bed, I can forget almost
anything which I don’t need to remember. When I was little child, I often cried
as soon as I happen something. Then I was exhausted from crying and slept.
However when I got up, I forget crying. My solution of when I feel down to
sleeping! It is the best solution. Listening to music or watching the favorite
TV or playing sport outside is good solution too. I think it is the best
solution that everyone invests one’s time in what one loves!
