Assignment#59

     Actually, I wanted to know more basis of English grammars in this class, but I should have studied it myself. Reading English is important. While I was reading English writings in this class, I had many words that I had not known. Therefore, I had no spare time to confirm grammars in the sentences. It was all I could do to look up the meaning of new words. After I came back to my room, I did other homework. That is why I will study more English grammar in Japan. Another reason is that I am a teacher at a cram school. There, I teach students English grammar, so I need to get difficult grammar to tell them better knowledge.

     As for speaking English, I have many goals. One is to be fluency. I want to get to speak English like American people as possible. Now, I could not do it at all, so, to be like American people, I should talk with them in English for a long time. Also I do not want to have an accent. I think that Japanese especially have an accent when they speak English. I do not like it, so I want to get a native accent.

I had a good time in here!! I had a lot of experience. I think really It was fun that came to here. When I came to America, I felt really anxiety and I was afraid that speak English but I really don’t want to leave but I have to go to Japan. I feel so sad. I’ll miss American friends. Today, I gave card to my friends. Everyone said “It’s so cute!” and “It’s awesome!!” I was so glad. Every memory is my favorite so I can’t choose. I wanted make more memories in here. I learned so many things in here. I could change my personality. When I came to America, I don’t have confidence but now, I have confidence about me because of American people. That was big help for me. I could meet awesome friends in here. I never forget it. I’ll miss everything. I don’t want to separate from my American friends. They are crazy, funny, and kind! They are always awesome! Thank you Rasila. You watched my posts every day. I think it was pretty hard, you are always busy. Thank you Takeo. Assignment#59

   I have to go back to Japan day after tomorrow, so it is making me very sad now. Today, I would like to introduce my experiences and memories in studying abroad. I did not completely finish my goals for studying abroad. Especially, I was able to become to speak English totally, but I do not regret about that because I experienced cultural differences between the United States of America and Japan a lot and also made a lot of friends here, so I have a sense of achievement for my studying abroad. Anyway, my most favorite memory was the International Festival because I practiced two Japanese dances very hard and also succeed our dances on the festival. It was so hard to practice the dances. Our dances was rated high form the visitor. The festival was so happy and emotional. However, I was very sad to separate widely from my friends who I made here, I will miss them absolutely. Finally, my first studying abroad finished safely, and I was also having very happy time in my life, so it will be great experience for me in the future. I am going to come back to the University of Arkansas Fort Smith definitely, and then, I will be able to speak English very well.

I feel like time passes by faster for three months. The three month went o by surprisingly fast. It’s been a minute since the snow piled up high. However I joined a lot of events and met many people and gained much first experience in past three month when I look back. It was an informative three months.

My most most favorite memory is Spring break! I have never forgotten this memory, because I could go to Orlando in Florida by ourselves and had a great time for four days. I could get on bus, get a ticket, check in hotel, boarded the plane and so on. I felt to grow at that time. This experience was large step for me to take.

My biggest gal was “speak English more”. I could get pretty good at speaking English, because I can speak English with my friends and engage conversation now. When I came here, I just said “Yes” or “No”. I could not keep the conversation ball rolling. Compared with that, I can say my opinion and I can enjoy an amusing conversation with my friends. Therefore I really think I accomplished this goal. I want to keep speaking English in Japan.

I want to tell teachers and my friends and people who I was helped “Thank you so much. I was glad to have met you. I want to see you again, so you don’t forget me!”

This is the final blog. I came here, I lived here, I met many people, and I experienced many things and then I will have to leave here on Saturday. I am going to talk about this study abroad.

First, I am going to talk about the most enjoy experience. This is watching the bright moon. I had never watched the bright moon until the day. My friend told me about the bright moon. The moon became red at three a.m. so my friends and I awaked until that time. It was three a.m. we went to outside and watched it. It was beautiful. I was glad to watch the bright moon.  

Second, I am going to talk about my English skills. I do not know my English skills improved or not. However, I could talk with many people because I am not afraid of make mistakes. I thought I have to use correct sentences, but it is wrong. I am glad to notice about it.

Third, I am going to talk about my goals. I decided many goals in my first class. I did not accomplish all things, so I will keep do that after I back to Japan. I have one more goal. I decided it before I came here. It is that I will not lose my passport. Now, I have the passport, so if I will not lose the passport, I will accomplish it. I am careful that I will keep it until I arrive at my house.

When I came here, I was often confused to different between American and Japanese. However, I was helped by many people, so I had a great time here. I appreciate their helps. Thank you.

When I came here I decided foals. First goal is “make a lot of friends”. When I came to here, I talked English with particular people but it is been about 3 months since I came to UAFS, I think I could make a lot of friends so I can talk with many American friends now. I am glad. I understood how to make friends. It is “smile”. Smile makes a good impression. I am shy and maybe my face is tired face so I am trying to keep smile every day. These days, I often hang out with American friends and my roommates for example I played soccer, basketball and I went to the movie theater. At this time these things became my good memory and experience. Second goal is “learn American culture”. I am learning American culture in Carly’s class. It is very fun because I like American culture. As I said earlier, my dream is a travel agent so maybe I have many opportunities to go the U.S. The U.S is very big country and there are a lot of people and I like this country. To learn American culture is important for me. I would like to learn American culture and of course I have to learn it more in Japan. I have to back Japan tomorrow so I am very sad.

I can’t believe this is my last blog post. I could spend so good time in Arkansas. I did a lot of things and I made a lot of memory. I’ll never forget what I learned here and I did here. When I came to here, my English skill was so poor and I can’t understand what people said, but after 3 months, I can understand and I can talk to foreign people. I felt my English skill improved as well as I could become a better person. I got a strong will, because no my families, no my friends here, so I have to do everything of my own will. I have to communicated with foreign people. so I could improve my communicative skill.

My goal is I want to make many friends. I think I am accomplishing this goal. American people and international students are so kind and nice. So I used every chance to hang out with them. I am really sad now. I don’t want to say good bye to friends. If I go to Arkansas again, I hope to meet them!!! I will back to Japan on Saturday. How time flies!! I think I need more time, so I should study hard in japan. someday, I want to back to here!!! Thanks for everything!!!!!

When I came to Fort Smith, I couldn’t speak English but now, I can speak English a little bit. I talked various people at the UAFS so I improve my speaking English skill I think. I always enroll myself in ACE class. I always study English. In Japan, I didn’t study English. I didn’t like studying English but I wanted to talk my foreign friends more. When I came to here, I always spoke English. If I stay Japan, I can speak English. I had a good experience. When I came to here, I decided some goals, such as I can speak English a little bit, learn American culture, can read English and make many friends. I accomplished some goals. I could make many friends. I want to get in touch with my friends when I go back to Japan. I want to hang out with my friends again. If they come to Japan, I want to guide them to Japan. I hope I met my friends again. In study, I became reading English and speaking English a little bit. I think I study English more in here because there are good teachers. Their class are easy to understand. If I came back to here, I want to come to here.

              This is my final assignment so I am very happy I can finish my assignment. However, I feel little lonely for that. I spent 3 month here. I fell it was very short and fast.

First, I am going talk about my favorite experience. My favorite experience was hanged out with my friends. I hang out with my friends sometime. We watched movies for example, Ted, I am Sam and Frozen. It was wonderful time for me. I also enjoyed talking with them. I think it was good opportunity to talk English too.

Second, I am going talk about my English skill. Honesty, I do not know my English skill progress or not. However, I think I can hear more English than when I came here. The first, I cannot understand Native American speaks. Now, I can understand hear that second time. I think I could say “One more time please.”

When I came here, I felt I want to come back Japan every day. However, Local people changed my opinion. Now I feel miss so much for Arkansas and UAFS. Today Mr. Brock said to us we are best student from Obirin. I am proud of us and my teacher and tutors and every helping people. I want to come back Arkansas and visit people someday. Thank you very much!

I did reach some my goals. I would like to write about it. First, I said “I should become able to speak my English more fluently”. I think this purpose is accomplished. According to my English teacher's Mike, my pronunciation has improved. It is really pleasure for me. However, it still cannot be said that my English is fluent, so I should still working hard for my English. Second, I said “I want to more improve my listening skills, so I need to read a lot of English books and concentrate on listening”. Absolutely I accomplished this goal because I felt I could hear English than before. In addition, I was able to get a good point in the listening problem at the TOEFL test. Therefore, I think my listening skill is improved. I could accomplish these goals in the time remaining, so I think my English is improved on the whole. I got a good inspiration for my goals. This study abroad is really good for all of my life. I believe that this experience will be very useful in my future. I want to decide a goal of my own always ahead. I noticed that set of my purpose is very important for me. My next goal is probably doing in Japan. I want to keep study English. I would like to watch the American movies with sub title such as ACE class. Also, I would like to read the text books that I received this study abroad. I hope I was improved as a human at this three month.

I had a good time in America UAFS. We stayed three month. I was very nervous at first but now I don’t want to back to Japan because I like this place. They are so kind and friendly people. They helped me every day.

All class is good. It was fun to go to school every day. It was fun any class. I learned lot of things. For example, American culture, history, heros and more. I became for me. Mr. Mike said to us “I’m proud of you guys.” I was so happy. I’m proud of you too because you are wonderful person and you changed my life. I wanted to learn more from you.

Mari is best friend to us. She helped us many time and We play a lots of. I was good become friends with her. I want to meet her again.

Most appreciate people is Oberlin my 12 friend. Sho, Anna, Ayu, Tastuya, Arisa, Midori, Arisa, Hiroki, Yuriko, Marika, Syuhei and Minami. I love you guys and they are always by my side. I had a good time with my 12 friends.

I think my English revel is up because when I came to America I am very shy and I can’t speak to use English buy now, I’m not shy! I’ m so happy. It was good to come to the UAFS. Thank you everyone.

This is my last assignment. It makes me pleasure, and sadness as well. When I first came to here, I could not speak English well, and I could not catch English well, but these days, I can speak and catch English with a little awkward. Especially, I think my listening English skill became the most improve in my goal. Before I came to here, my teacher in Obirin University said to me, “You will probably get used to listening to English by listening to it frequently.” I thought that it was absolutely right. When Brock talked to us for the first time, I could not catch most of that, but I could make rapid progress now. Now, I decided a new big goal which is to get a job that uses English. I have not decide my dream for the future before I came to here. I could know interest of English even more here. I have to achieve that goal I will make an effort to become better at English than I am even now, so I will study English hard after I return to Japan, and my English skills absolutely will be perfect when I will return to here again.

I have last two days stay in University of Arkansas Fort Smith of United States of America. I learned a lot of English, fun thing and more in here I am very glad to learn and a lot of good experience things. I enjoyed a lot of fun events, speak English with my friends and hang out with my friends. I am never forgot these memories my experience about UAFS with my OBIRIN friends, UAFS friends, UAFS teachers and Arkansas people. I could a lot of experience that I cannot experience things in Japan. I am really like here and when I go back to Japan, I miss UAFS.

I have a lot of Goals then. However I could some accomplish my goals for example, I want to listening English that I want to be fast understand, I want to speak English more and anytime, I want to make a lot of foreigner friends, I want to read English books that I understand that and I want to come to America. Almost I was done and I can do that a little. So I am really happy and keep going all things. I can do that since I stay in Japan. I want to more speak English well I hope.

  I would like to write thank my friends here. I appreciate all of my friends who I saw in the United States of America. Each my friends are very kind because they talked me who was very shy for my first time very much. I was so happy about it. I could not speak English very well, but they talked to me gently. It made me moving my mind, so I got used to talk to American or international people gradually and also lost shy. I want to tell my friends various things. I have to go back to Japan at May 10. I don’t want to go back to Japan. When I came to Fort Smith, I immediately wanted to go back to Japan. However I want to stay here because I want to study English more, be speaking English and hang out with my friends. I’m so sad that I go back to Japan. Three month have passed since I came here and I will have to leave here on Saturday. When I arrived here, I was often confused. This is because many things were different Japanese. Food, lifestyle, personality, and language. Especially, I had difficulty language. Hi, everyone. How are you doing? I think I could make a lot of friends at UAFS and I have very nice memory. I miss you guys. I am very glad that I was able to meet you guys. Every day was fun thanks to you guys and it is thanks to you guys that I was able to come this far. My teachers eagerly coached me. Thank you for always teaching me English and American culture. I would like to write a letter for American friends. I want to write a lot of things. I learned lots of things from guys. I didn’t know anything when it came to Fort Smith. There are a lot of things that I want to tell friends here. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Thank you for hung out with me many time. Thank you for teaching English. I am full of feelings of gratefulness for you guys. But, I could not talk with you guys well, and It was so frustrating. I should have study English before I came to here. I would like to write a letter for UAFS people, for example, there are friends or teachers. There are I have a lot of things that I want to say for everyone. I was l earned a lot of English, correct English grammar and some important and enjoy information. I am very glad to teach from them. So I felt sad because it separated us from them.  Above all, I want to appreciate everything to my good friends who I got here. People in Fort Smith are very kind to people from another country. I am always helped by them. When I was down, they can make me happy because of their personality. I liked people in UAFS more than three months ago. Before I come here, I was afraid of meeting American people a little. However, I noticed they were really nice soon, when I had arrived here. As I met new people at the airport in Fort Smith, they were friendly. I was really happy for it. After we got UAFS, a lot of students welcomed us to UAFS. They were also international students from Vietnamese, Japanese and Thailand, like us. Then, I was relieved to hear that. I think they encouraged us to study English because they can speak English, but they were not from America. I want to keep up with them from now, too.

I want to say massive thank you to friends of here because we leave here soon. I was able to make a lot of friends since I came here. Here's people were very kind for us, so I could talk to easy with American people. There are various personalities to each of you guys. I really appreciate to you all. Assignment #57

I already forgot that. I’m going to forget dislike immediately. I don’t have dissatisfaction to ACE program. If I choose something, I want to change some events date because some events date was almost Saturday for example, kayaking, hiking and something. International students have Walmart trip on Saturday so if we have other event on Saturday, we can’t go Walmart trip. It’s inconvenient actually. Now, I have American friends that has car so I can go somewhere but if ACE student doesn’t have like my friend, it’s very inconvenient. If you change that, I think you should change evens date or trip date. I want to know the purpose of tutor class to first. It was fun but just fun. I want to more talking English. It might be difficult but I think we could learn more talking skill.

Assignment#57

I enjoyed everything of here, so there is nothing to dislike here I am. Therefore I would like to write about my enjoyed things of here. Especially I enjoyed international festival. We danced “Soranbushi” and “Ninjyaribanban”. It is Japanese traditional dance and Japanese popular artist dance. We were a lot of prepared for that day. It was a little bit hard, but because of that, I thought we could deep bond. It was became very good experience for us in this study abroad. We could make a good memory, at the same time, we could tell Japanese culture at dance to American people. In other, I enjoyed go out to somewhere such as museum, little rock trip, volunteer, BBQ, visited high school and elementary school and so on with ACE students. I could a good experience and I saw a lot of things. I learned a lot from that. There were a lot of things that I experience the first time. I could learn not just language.

Assignment#57

 I have enjoyed all classes and all things a lot at UAFS. I can hear English all time. Sometimes, I can hear Japanese from Japanese people but I can certainly hear English. When I was in Japan, I was always wished that I would hear English anywhere. I especially liked classes. We have 4 classes which are Reading, American History and Grammar and tutors class. Since I came here, I have taken all classes, and I think I got to listen to and understand what teachers said. When I was taking an English class in Japan, I did not sometimes understand what my teacher said. But now I can. It made me happy because I can communicate with my teachers and participate in the classes more than when I was in Japan. That is why I really enjoy at UAFS. I want to get an opportunity like this Global Out Reach Program again.

Today, I am going to talk about some of the things I did not like here. I have two things.

            The first thing is we had the all classes with ACE students everyday. I know our English skills are not enough to have commonly classes, but I wanted to experience American university’s classes. It is hard but it will improve our English skills. It does not need to change all classes to commonly classes. I wanted to have one commonly class a week.
            The second thing is about tutor’s class. The first, tutors did not make a plan. They decided the day’s class plan in the day, so they did not prepare. I did not understand their purpose and I was often confused. The second half, tutor’s class had improved. I wanted to have like the second half class from the beginning. In addition, the tutor came the class with her boyfriend. Tutor’s class is the class for us, so she should make a clear distinction between her work and her private.

I think ACE program has some bad point. I would like to write about bad point of ACE program. First, I want to talk to individual. I like tutor class but I wanted to talk to tutor more. I don’t speak English so I want to talk to tutor more. Second, I think I want to various things, such as, trip, BBQ and event. This studying abroad is very short. I wanted to take part in event more. My favorite event is iFest. It was very big event. We display our dance at the iFest. I wanted to hold such event. Third, this studying abroad is too short. I want to stay UAFS and study English more. However I had a good time. I think I’m happy I came to here. I made many friends. I studied American culture. If I get a chance to come to here, I want to come to here.

Assignment#57

I like UAFS. This is comfortable for me. However there are dislikes here.

First, I don’t like Friday night, because it was loud and little scary. My roommate doesn’t have a party on Friday night, so my room was safety. However the room next to mine had a party every Friday night, so the room next door was too noisy. I also had to pass anteriorly to this room. I was anytime accosted in the corridor from this room. I didn’t know them, so I had no idea what to do about clever comeback. I was confused. Just Friday night, they ware creasy. Therefore I was little scared.

Second, I think we should have separate class, because thirteen people were too many. If class separate, we will be able to engage conversation more and discuss everything in detail.

However I feel contented this study abroad. I had a valuable experience here.

              I spent 3 month here. Now, I like this university and Arkansas life. When i came here, sometime I thought I want go back home. However, I miss UAFS and Arkansas very much now. However, I  thought 2 things that I think it should be change.

              First, I wanted do separate. It is because I think there are too many number of people. I think it cause to decrease opportunities talk with my teachers and tutors. Also if somebody is late at the appointed time, we must wait this person.

              Second, I think friendship family is family is the best. My friendship family was same generation. It was fun.it is because I joined home party and bowling with her friends. However, she was very busy, so we could not meet. We met only 3 times. I think Dara is great friendship family. She took me some shop together.

               

Assignment#57

I spent here about 3 months. I learned a lot of things on ACE class for example English grammar, American culture conversation and American history. I like all classes. Especially, I like American history the best. However I want to more learn English grammar because I need to speak English by correct grammar. Also I think we need remember a lot of words so there are need time remember vocabulary. I want to do English conversation more so 13 people was too many. I think, separate classes is better. It may be so difficult thing but I wish to next ACE students. We experienced big hurricane. We sheltered Campus Center from my room. It was very scary so I do not like hurricane. I want to say next ACE students “Be careful.” I hope next ACE students will spend a good study abroad life.

Assingment#57

I stayed America UAFS at three month. I had one dislike thing. That is I want to lean grammar at the class. I have poor grammar. Had taught grammar at first, but it is not taught now. I wanted to learn more grammar. Dislike is this one only. I like all the others. I went to many places and I did a lot of volunteers. I had a great time in UAFS. This university was not the first choice but now I think study abroad is glad that here. I am blessed because there are many good teaches. Mike said to us　“You speak only English.”I was hate at first but now I am grateful for Mike because he changed my mind. Heather and Carly is same things. I hope next semester student teacher is Mike, Carly and Heather. I hope that in the next year.

Assingment#57

I am really satisfied with my Arkansas life, food, class now. But I had two things what I didn’t like here, so I’m going to write about some of the things I did not like here. Since I came to here, sometimes I wasn’t feeling well because of Arkansas weather. The weather and temperature fluctuates quite a bit in Arkansas. The weather often changes suddenly for the worse in here, like a tornado and thunderstorm. For example, in the morning the temperature is low but suddenly the temperature raise in the evening. I couldn’t stand a change in the weather. But now I get used to a Arkansas weather!

Second, I tell the truth, I didn’t like English conversation with UAFS tutors class, sometimes I felt this class start without a definite purpose. But Tutors are so kind and I like them, now I can study a lot of things in this class. I want to enjoy last week class! 

Assignment#57

I have no dislike things here, because I have only good memories here. If I am forced to say something, I do not like tornado here. I will never forget this incident on April 13^th. This day, I was studying while sitting at a desk as usual. Suddenly, it had heavy rain. I did not care anything, because it happens. As time go on, the rain fell even harder, and I heard a big siren. I looked out of the window hastily, there were a lot of patrol cars. I did not know what to do, and I was feeling impatient. Then email came to me from friends that was “Shelter to Campus Center soon!!” I went to there alone in the heavy rain, and thunder. It was really scary. As time go on, the tornado had gone. I felt it was scared only Japanese… American looked like fun. So, do not be afraid of tornado if it had coming.

  I really would like to stay here forever because I really like almost all things here, but I am thinking about something to dislike. Today, I would like to introduce something to dislike that I thought. I really do not like only food in the United States of America very much because American food culture is not better that Japanese one. In Japan, if something is not Japanese, it will be arranged like Japanese, so it will change better than the original. Therefore, all of foreign foods is always arranged for Japanese people. I used to a taste of Japanese cultural food, so I cannot get used to other country food. Secondly, I wanted the time to do something. It means I wish I would like to hang out with American friends more and more. If possible, I wanted a free time more. Anyway, I have been having a great time for that I am staying in the U.S.

I almost have not did not like things here. It experience is very good for me and my good memories. However I think I want to more to do things. That is more learn grammar because we will speak English when we need grammar. It is important to speak English with someone or people. Of course we need that we have to learn American history, American culture and a lot of vocabulary. Also we have to learn correct grammar. Heather’s class at begin that we could learn grammar, and then I felt very interesting.

I think did not like more things are here’s weather. Because I did not like tornado that I have experience that two times in here. I felt very scary. I think this experience is good experience too. However this week’s weather is good so I like this weather.

Therefore I like here because it was many exited experience that I could.

Assignment#56

On Friday, I got up at 6:45 because we went to graphic class and We evaluated their work, so I was really sleepy all day.  We did farewell party in church. Many international students took part in party and talk to each friend. After that Arisa.T and I met my friend ship family. We went to shopping. I bought souvenir for my friends and I bought clothes for myself. On Saturday, it was so hot day. Yuriko, Anna and I went to Central mall by foot. I thought that this was a chance of the last which go to a mall, so I bought souvenir and I spend a lot of money. At 7:00 o’clock, We started party in Tatuya’s room. we ate Japanese food and we talked a lot of things in Japanese! On Sunday, Anna and I went to Richard’s house and he took us to Chinese buffet. Everything taste good and I overate certainly. So I could spend good last weekend!

     Last Saturday, I went to Central Mall with my friends. I bought socks and clothes for myself and a polo shirt for my father. I had always plan to go to Central Mall, but I did not have time in my schedule, so I was glad to go to there before I returned to Japan. Lastly, I went into the hurricane machine. The hurricane machine made strong winds like a real hurricane. It was so fun and I liked it. After I returned to UAFS, I had a party with the ACE spring students. We made noodles, Nikujaga, and Cha-han. They tasted good.

     Last Sunday, I packed my stuff to return to Japan. My stuff increased before I came here, so I am worried that my stuff will not fit in my carry case. However, my stuff fit in my carry case, so I was glad.
     I am looking forward to returning to Japan, but I do not want to leave here. I will enjoy this last week.

Assignment#56

On Friday Afternoon, I went to Farewell party. Farewell party is sad things. I was sad but I was happy because it was fun.

 On Saturday, we gave a party with Oberlin student and my friend Mari. It is the unforgettable last. I was very sad because we leave America this week. It was nice to come to the America with everyone. There are lots of memories on this America life. This semester Ace student is good person. I love there.

 On Sunday, I send package to Japan. My friend chris took us to the post office. I send a souvenir and winter clothes. I hope that package arrived safety. After that I talked something with my friend Arisa. For example, my future, study abroad, hobby. I had a good time because I thought various things. We talked “It is a sad to leave everyone.” I want to cherish this week.

Assignment#56

I spent last weekend at UAFS. I felt sad because I want to more stay here. Saturday evening we hold a party that means we had a last weekend. There were some Japanese foods and American foods. For example there are ramen, cookies, pizza, snack, Japanese taste potate food and fried rice. We ate a lot of foods. And then I made cookies with Ayaka and Minami. It was very fun that I like cooking. However we have used American oven so we confused at first. After a while we used oven that we understood how to use this oven. This party started at 7 but we met all of them almost at 8. Finish the party maybe at 11. We are good friends since we came here. Sunday I sent Japan to the cardboard with our friend. My cardboard will arrive my home about 3 or 4 days he said. I already prepare go back japan.

Assignment#56

I went to Central mall and Walmart on Saturday. I bought a necklace and a finger ring in Central mall, and lip cream which is not in Japan in Walmart. Maybe I will be not able to go to Central mall this week, so I could buy everything which I want to buy. After that, I had a party with my Obirin friends. I ate pizza, fried rice, ramen and cookie. They are very good taste. I was happy.

I went to Post Office with my friends on Sunday. I had a lot of things which I bought my clothes and snacks and souvenirs for my friends and so on, so I could not pack everything in my suitcase. I could send my package to Japan in one piece. After that, I went to Walmart. I bought cosmetic item. I think cosmetic item is cheap in America than Japan. It is a small price to pay for what I’m getting. I want to have a pretty good time this week!

Assignment#56

I had a good time in last weekend. In Saturday, I went to Central mall with Shuhei and Michael who is our English reading teacher. I wanted to buy souvenir for my family, my grandparents and my friends. However I didn’t buy it. Because it was so expensive so we went to Wal-Mart. I bought a lot of snacks. It is souvenir. In Saturday night, we held the party in my friend room. I enjoyed the party. I ate a lot of foods, such as pizza, noodles, snacks and Nikujaga. Nikujaga is Japanese traditional food. It was so good. In Sunday, I met a host family with Hiroki. We went to restaurant. We ate pizza. It was good. My host family name is Sam. I rode a car o his sister’s husband. It was so fast and cool. I like that car. When I left Sam, Sam gave us present. That present is cap. I was so happy. This cap is a treasure to me.

 I went to farewell party at Central Christian Church on Friday evening. Takeo gave I LOVE UAFS T-shirt to us. It is good! I liked that. We took a lot of pictures. I went to Central Mall with Minami and Yuriko. I bought several souvenirs for my family, my friends and myself on Saturday. It was tired but also, it was fun. And then, we had a party at Tatsuya’s room in that night. It was so fun! I made Japanese food for that party. I went to Chinese buffet with Minami and American friends. It was so fun and all of foods were good! After lunch, I went to Walmart. Also, I bought a lot of souvenirs at Walmart. I made PowerPoint for Carly’s class in that night. I like make PowerPoint. Anyway, I feel so sad because I don’t want to leave to Japan but I want to play on stage in Japan. So now, I have a complex feeling.  

Assignment#56

  Yesterday was “Last Sunday” that I can stay here, so I spent “Last Weekend” that I can also do. I am so sad to leave from UAFS. Today, I would like to introduce my “Last Weekend”. My “Last Weekend” was very nice day, it was great sunny, so I was having a great time, and also I went to Central Mall and Walmart with Mr. Mike by his car, so it was short trip for me. On Saturday night, I went to Tatsuya’s room because we held the party for the Ace students, so it was like Japanese party. I ate Japanese food, so I enjoyed the party. On Sunday, Tatsuya and I went to Jeff’s place for eating lunch. We ate Japanese chicken curry made by Jeff. It was so delicious and so Japanese because he is from Japan and also had been in Japan until he was 18 years old, so he is like Japanese, but he is American. I was having great weekend in “Last Weekend”.

              This weekend was my last weekend in the U.S.

              Friday, I had farewell party with my friends and teachers. We ate some foods and snacks and also we talk a lot. I spent great time with them. After the party, I went to Walmart with Dara. I bought a lot of candy for souvenir to my friends.

              Saturday, Mari, Ayu and I went to the central mall. I bought T-shorts for my brother and father in the Abaerombie. I think it is good souvenir. We drank fruit juice there. it was good.  I met Mike, Shuhei and Sho there. They bought souvenir too. I also had Japanese farewell party in Tatsuya’s room. Our friend Ben came that party. It was so fun for me. We ate many Japanese foods. However, I can eat Japanese foods soon.

              Sunday, I did my homework.  It was great weather, I went to outside. It was agreeable to walk around the UAFS. I felt that I like the nature in the UAFS.

Assignment#56

Final weekend was very good. On Saturday, I went to the movie theater and I watched “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” with my roommates. It was so nice movie. I like Spider-Man movie. He is cool and my favorite hero. My roommates are very kind so I do not want to back Japan. After movie, I had a party with ACE students. There were a lot of foods and snacks in this party for example ramen, fried rice, pizza and cookie. I ate a lot and danced a lot. It was so fun. I like Obirin friends. On Sunday, I and Sho hanged out with Sam. I ate pizza and pasta. This shop is Sam’s recommend. It was good taste. I met Sam’s family. I could talk with his family but the truth is that I wanted to talk more. Sam gave us New Era’s baseball cap. This is my treasure. That has become a wonderful memory of mine. I am glad to have met all guys and enjoyed spending time together.

Assignment#56

On Friday, I went to school as usual, and afternoon, I went to Central Christian Church for farewell party. There were a lot kind of foods, and our friends. Some people answered the question in a speech. After that, we got a T-shirt and we took a group photo at outside. I spent a good time, but I felt sad to farewell. On Saturday, we held the party with all ACE students because it was the last weekend at UAFS. In the morning, each of us went to buying in quantity and we had prepared for the party. The party began at 7:00 pm. I ate fried rice and pizza and meat potatoes and cookies and so on. These were very good taste. I could spend a really good time and also I felt that one week go so fast. That day was very tired, but I laughed a lot. On Sunday, I was just done my homework. Also, I went to billiards on long time no see.

Assignment#56

   Last Friday evening, we had the Farewell Party in Central Church. It remained me that we are leaving here soon. I could meet some international students, and I thought that I did not want to come back to Japan. They made me want to stay here forever. I will miss them and here definitely.

  On Saturday, I held a party in my room with ACE students because this weekend was our last weekend, so I hoped this weekend would be best of our weekend. Actually, we had a great time and laughed so many times.
  On Sunday, I went to the cafeteria and a poolroom. In addition to those, I made curry with my friendship family.  After all, we could eat watermelon in the US. This Saturday was like summer, so the fruit was a fit. At the night, I went to a poolroom. I really like playing it. I also had a great time! My last weekend was perfect.

On last Friday evening, I met friendship family, and went to clothe shop. I forgot shop’s name, but I just remember cheep of clothes. I could spend time with friendship family remaining once, so we talked a lot of things at the time. On last Saturday, we had a party with ACE students, because it to be the last weekend that we spend here. Anna and I made Japanese foods which was Nikujaga. This is Japanese traditional food. Everyone was happy for me. We have become very good friends during this period, so I am going to miss everyone when we leave here. I was glad we had a great time at last. On last Sunday, I went to post office to send cardboard to Japan. When I was packing in my room, I felt really sad. Anyway, I was feeling sad all the time this weekend. I really do not want to return to Japan!!!
