assignment#30


  It will be more than about two months since I came to study abroad in America. I was concerned about my mental condition before I came here, but I have preserved my mental health. Today, I will introduce how to encourage oneself when I feel down. I am careful of my mental health on a regular basis, so I hardly feel down. It is good intention, but I think that a human thinks deeply about something or thinks back on oneself more than usual when the human is the condition of being spiritless, so I would like to cherish the condition of being spiritless. Then, if I feel down, I make the time that I am alone because I need to think about that when I feel down, and also because I take everything too seriously, it is difficult to preserve my mental health. I think a hobby is very important, especially, artistic things are the most important of all things. I will continue to think of everything in the future.
