Usually,
I don’t feel down but sometimes I don’t feel like doing anything and I just
want to lay in my bed. Especially when I practice Baton twirling, I feel down. Because
Baton is team sports, so if I drop a baton, it will be collective
responsibility and I feel down. I have two ways of encouraging myself. First, I
think positive thinking is the best way to encourage myself. I think that I make
a series of mistake and I repeat the same mistake, I can learn from mistakes. I
heard what “the road to success is paved with failure.” I think so too, if I repeat
the mistake and practice, I come to be able to do. Second way is to sleep. So
after practice, I back to home as soon as possible and I go to bed. To sleep
can relax and make everything forget for me. I always try to raise
motivation!!!
