When I have a hard time I always listening
to music, talk to friends and to drink coffee to relaxation for me. Listening to
music is my favorite artist EXILE’s music and songs that energize me. Then my
feeling is cram down very much. Also I talk to friends a lot. We talk about
stilly things and consultation each other or anything subject talking. My
feeling is really happy. My best friend always let me hear my stories and I hear
her stories too. So we are very good friend from 4 years ago. My best friend
and play anything to each one month. And I almost drink a cup of coffee because
I like coffee very much. Coffee has a caffeine that caffeine always make cram
down for me. Sometimes I do exercise too. For example I play basketball,
running and walking etc. From these things makes me encourage things I think.
