I am often depressed. However, all
most people may be often depressed. When I feel down, I try forth ways.
First, eat something my favorite. It
is most important for me. I think my mother’s cook is vest medicine for me. When
I was high school student, I felt down about my club activities sometime. However,
my mother’s cook makes me eased. I think I was borne up by love of my mother.
Second, sleep a lot of times. When
stress builds up, I go to bed early. I cheered up at slept many times.
Third, I hear my favorite song. I sometime
listen to sad song or sometime listen to cheerful song. I was cheer up the by song’s
word.
Final, I talk for my friends or my
family. It is bad thing that stress builds up so when I feel stress, I talk
about my worry for my good friends. When I told my worry for my good friends,
she heard that seriously. It made me happy. I think I am gifted a great
friends.
However, I think it is not bad
things that we worry about something. It is because sometime we can develop by
worry.
