Sometimes there are times when I feel very
nervous and be worried, I feel sad, and I am very depressed. At such time, I
often listen to music and sing the song. It is very good for me to eliminate
stress. Also I am reading the book sometimes. I heard in TV show that reading
the book is very good for eliminate stress. It is possible to concentrate in my
mind. Another way, I often talk a lot with my friend. Feeling becomes easier to
talk all that I am thinking of my own. I really recommended this way to all the
people. Talking to someone is very important and I will be encouraged by it. In
other, think positively by switching the feeling. Eventually, I think it is up
to my own feelings, so I want to spend every day thinking positively as much as
possible. Do not forget to smile no matter what is important.
