Assignment#30
I think, there are many people who worried
about mental anguish all over the world. I have experienced that too. When I
was high student, I was very tired every day because I played baseball every
day. Baseball practice was so hard. My baseball team’s coaches were very strict
so I was fatigued mentally as well as physically. I was under a lot of stress. Physical
tiredness can cure by stretch or massage but mental anguish can’t cure. Mental
anguish is very important things. I have many ideas that how to cure about
stress. First, listen to music. My favorite songs makes me good feeling. I
think, Almost people likes music. Second, take a bath. It is become composed. Third,
eat a lot that made by mother. I realized that eating a meal perks you up.
Finally, to talk with friend is very important thing. Who do you see when you
want to reduce stress? I meet my friends. We must not build up stress so when
you feel stress, you should do whatever you like.
