Blog Assignment #33 by Tsukina

This weekend, I spent many free time! On Saturday I went to Walmart and Asian market trip. I bought foods that make beef on rice and egg soup. Beef on rice is called Gyuudon in Japan. I really miss Japanese food, so I made Japanese food for Japanese friends. I made it with Kanae and Ayaka. After Walmart trip, we made it. For the first time to make Gyuudon. I made it watching Cookpad. I cut onion, but this onion was too hard to cut and made us eyes water. First, we cooked pork. But it was too hard to cook. So we ate pork little rare. Same time, I cooked egg soup. They ate these food happily. I was so happy. Everybody said it's so good!! egg soup, too! Sai said me how to cook this egg soup. I was so happy. On Sunday, I watched a lot of movies.

  2. Japanese Gyudon sounds great. Usually we use sliced beef to make beef bowl. Did you find it at the super market or did you use something instead? I'd like to know how to cook egg soup!
