Hello, I want to write about my favorite Japanese proverb. There is no rule without exception. In other words. Every rule has an exception. The reason out of reason in Japanese. I think it can be said that everything. I thought it was true. The magnitude 9.0 Great East Japan Earthquake was one of the most powerful in world history, and the huge tsunami that followed caused massive damage to coastal areas in the Tohoku region in particular when I was a junior high school student.
