Blog Assignment #38 by Kanae

On Saturday, we went to the Fall into the Arts. It is the festival, so there were a lot of booth. For example, face painting and making artificial flower. In addition, many people danced, played jazz and sang songs. We had Japanese booth. So we taught Origami and Japanese Calligraphy. We taught from 10 o’clock until 18 o’clock. It was very long time, but I think that it was a very fun time!
I taught Japanese Calligraphy. By the next opportunity, I will improve my origami skill more than before! I was happy to have many people know Japanese culture.
We decided to tend the booth in turn. Therefore we were able to go to other booths during break time. So I went to face painting booth. I was painted rainbow butterfly on my cheek. The woman who painting on my cheek is great, because rainbow butterfly was so cute.
After that, we went to Mexican food restaurant with mike. We eat tacos. It was good, but I was able to eta rice. I don’t like the seasoning of that rice. However I was happy, because I had dinner with everyone.
