Blog Assignment #25 by Tsukina

Good evening. I always listen to my favorite pop music if I feel bad and tired. Also I'm dancing. Now, I'm so tired, so I'm writing this blog while listening to music. Also sometimes dance. To move body helps us health. So dance and listen to music is killing two birds with one stone. If I feel sad because I fail something, I'll talk to my friends about that and then I am encouraged by my friends. I think to talk something for someone is good way for eliminate stress. I always do that. So I've never kept stress. To encourage me is not work. I encourage me because it is good for me. No stress is making good life. To control myself is not easy but we should do that. It makes us happy. If I lose my motivation, at once I stop to think first. Then, I'll do again during thinking funny thing.

  1. I agree. We cannot avoid stress from our lives so we should find a way to deal with it! i think it is important to be positive.
