     My favorite American Food in so far this semester is s’more. I have eaten it once. A recipe for s’more is very easy. First, warm up the oven. Second, put graham crackers on a hotplate and put marshmallow on the graham crackers. Third, heat up them in the oven. Fourth, take the hotplate out of the oven. Fifth, put chocolate on the marshmallow and put graham crackers.

     The marshmallow and the chocolate melt, so it tastes good. S’more is popular sweet in the U.S, so I often see sweets with the flavor of s’more. However, I did not know s’more until I came here, so s’more is not popular in Japan. Actually, when we make s’more, we do not use the oven. We bake the marshmallow near the camp fire. Using oven is easier than the camp fire. However, I want to make using the camp fire someday and I want to make it in Japan.
