Assignment#44

  I think a food makes all people happy, and also that will bring about the peace of the world because a food is actually a happiness. Today, I would like to introduce my favorite American food since I came here. I already know American foods while I was living in Japan, and also I have ever eaten them before I came to America, but there is something that I did not know in the United States of America. It is crispy potato tots. A time, that I ate it for the first time, was at the cafeteria in the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. I was I really love it because the texture was so crisp, so I think I like crisp texture. Actually, I think it is easy to make it, but I do not know the details to make it. I guess how to make it is just to cook a potato in heated oil. If I leave to Japan, I absolutely try to make it.
