In Japan, girls give a chocolate to boys so
they make sweets which have a chocolate taste and many shops sell a variety of
chocolate. And then, girls give a chocolate to their friends. The chocolate is
called “tomochoco” because “friend” is said “tomodachi” in Japanese. I make
sweets with my younger sister every year. I gave sweets to my friends and
teachers so I had to make a lot of sweets so I got up late on February 13 but Valentine’s
Day made me happy because I took a lot of sweets from my friends so I was
looking forward to the day. This year, I need not to make sweets because I stay
in America. In America, boys give a present to girls so I am looking forward to
take a present. Today is not Valentine’
day but I take sweets and a card from UAFS tutors. These are good taste and
made me happy.
