The theme is “What do you do when you have that kind of feeling? How do you encourage yourself? Does your technique work?”When I depressed,I take a walk,listen to music,sing a song,to play sports,to eat a sweetsI remember to fun things,I say that “Nantokanarusa”aloud.It mean is “It will work out” I like this words.I live in countryside,so when I depressed,I always go to the riverside or mountain.The view is so beautiful from there,and a feeling calms down.I like listen to music.The Music has many kinds.The music makes me happy.I think a lot of people try to sing a song when they depressed.to sing a song in loud voice is to feel cheerful.I think that it is the most important to think positively.
I think it is a good idea to go your favorite place to your stress calm down. Each of us should have a place like that.
