When I just feel down and not motivated at all, I have three ways which
encourage myself.
First way is listening to my favorite music. My favorite songs are
Miwa’s song. She is a Japanese singer. She is cute and her voice is very good. I
am encouraged by words of her song, so I often listen to her songs.
Second way is sleeping. I like sleeping. I can sleep everywhere. Sleeping
gives me energy and I forget a disgusting thing after sleeping, so when I just
feel down, I go to bed instantly.
Third way is worrying. I take a long time to think about my worry
and I figure out my answer. I think it is important to hear other people’s
opinion but it is not everything. I think it is more important to think about
my worry than it and I have to decide myself in the end.
These are my ways which encouraged myself.
